My oldest born is 14! WHAAAA!!! Honestly it boggles my mind. I can remember having only one child... brand new... and thinking it would be forever until he slept through the night. Now I'd give anything to go back to that day!

Jazz Game

Jason invited us to go to the Jazz game with him & Nicole last week. So of course we went! ;) We all wore our Korver Jersey's... except for Trent who went and bought himself a Milsap one. Anywhoo... We ate at Rodigio Grill and then opted for Dippin' Dots for desert! YUM!! We had fun... and thanks to Nicole who let me borrow her camera to snap one or two shots of my boyfriend Kyle ;) OK it was 14 or 15!

I think those might be Jasons bedroom eyes... lol

WHOOPS!

So most everyone knows what my life is like... if I'm not taking my kids to a ball or dance practice, I'm going to a song practice or helping someone do something or other. Well today I had to do ALL of those things and I was up bright and early... 5:00 a.m. to be exact. It wasn't until noon, after I had gone to drill team practice, the school to read with the kids, a singing practice for the little girls at the school, and then over to a friends house, where I took off my shoes at the front door, and then had to put them back on to go to my car (an hour later) that I realized that I had on 2 different flip flops... Just so you don't have to wonder, I wore them like that for the rest of the day (even to Wal-Mart) I didn't have time to go home ;)

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Mostly paper but I do bags too!

2. Real tree or artificial? Fake. If I waited for Trent to go get the tree we wouldn’t ever have one!

3. When do you put up the tree? Day after Thanksgiving

4. When do you take the tree down? Usually wait till after Alex's birthday. So… between the 28^th-31^st

5. Do you like Eggnog? Mmmmm yummy!

6. Favorite gift received as a child? My cabbage patch doll… and a new bike. The one & only bike my parents ever bought!

7. Hardest person to buy for? Trent’s dad. If he wants it he buys it. You can’t ever say… look, I heard you say you wanted this… SUPRIZE!!

8. Easiest person to buy for? Me! Lol I know everything I want.

9. Do you have a nativity scene? 5 or 6

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? I used to mail. Now I just get yelled at by the postmaster for not picking up my mail at all.

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Maternity clothes.

12. Favorite Christmas movie? White Christmas!!! LOVE IT! Me & Mar have already watched it once this year.

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? I want to start early… but usually I'm lucky to have 1 or 2 things before the 1^st of Dec.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? LMAO YUP! Only ones I don’t like… to people I don’t like ;)

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Breakfast! I’m starving when we get done unwrapping!

16. Lights on the tree? Around 1500. Is this question supposed to ask if people put any on at all? That’s just insane! I have TONS!

17. Favorite Christmas song? I’ve thought about this at great lengths… I can’t just choose one!I LOVE THEM ALL! And I start listening to them a week before Thanksgiving.

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home. I don't want to go anywhere.

19. Can you name all Santa's reindeer? Yea! But if I name them then the next person won’t be able to answer this honestly.

20. Angel on the tree top or Star? Star. I love my star but, it doesn’t have lights on it... I want one just like it but w/ lights.

21. Open presents Christmas Eve or morning? One gift on Christmas Eve.

22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? People pretending to like you and dropping off their yearly gift… then not speaking to you until next Christmas.

23. Favorite ornament? I don’t have an ornament but my favorite decoration is my village! I want to live there!!

24. Favorite Christmas dinner? I can remember all of my friends coming over one year after dinner & we played cards until my dad stunk us out of the house! …Maybe that was Thanksgiving… Whatever it was I had a great time. We laughed a lot!

25. Favorite Christmas cocktail? Can’t say I’ve had a Christmas cocktail… does Cinnamon or Peppermint schnapps count? Then I had those but not in December. lol

Ahhhh EDWARD!

I LOVED IT!!! All I wanted was to like it as much as I loved the books... But I LOVED it as much as I loved the books! If you don't think that Edward was AMAZING, well then... I really don't know what to say to you... except, your STUPID! I thought he was great! I thought the whole movie was great! My Bella review is mixed... I felt she played the part well at times, but others I felt she could have put a little more into it. She didn't even cry! That kinda bugged me! But not enough to keep me from seeing the movie twice! And YES I will be going back to see it a third time... and I'll be first in line to buy it when it comes out! ...on BlueRay, so I can see it on HD :D

Alright, Alright! So I loved the movie! But the weekend was a ton of fun also! After my appointment Friday morning we headed to the movie. Thanks to everyone who listened to me tell you how much I loved Edward through the show (all the girls on Friday, Cindy on Saturday, & in advance Seph). And thanks Meg & Ash for "Power Shopping" with me! It's much easier to fly through the stores than to spend all day in one deciding! ;) And for the unforgettable dinner. I haven't laughed that hard in a lllooonnnggg time. SIGH, Well I guess I need to go put up my Harry Potter widget now!

OK... so I need to go have sweet dreams of Edward... NIGHTY NIGHT!

OH MY GOODNESS! SOOOO... Here's my plan... I will be going shopping in the city on Thursday... spending the night with Ashley & Megan (little america YIPEE)... Go to my doc appt... then the moment I have been waiting for... EDWARD!!! I can hardly wait! I have 2 shirts that I bought but I'm going to wear my new jaket that Ahley got for us! I'm sure that when I get home I will be dieing to see it again. So maybe another trip to the theater (and another shirt) with Seph and anyone else who wants to go. We opted to go to the matinee showing on Friday instead of the midnight showing on Thursday. I personally wanted to be WIDE awake!
For those of you who are wondering... I plan on drinking NOTHING before the movie starts so I can get through the movie with absolutely NO potty breaks! It will be a first but, I'm going to to set a record ;)

My nephew Jessy made this in school. When his mom asked him what it was he said...
"It's a turkey dressed up like an Easter egg. He's hoping he won't get eaten for Thanksgiving this year." It made me laugh... thought I'd share. ;) MAYBE we should have ham instead this year! I've never thought of it from the turkey's point of view!

What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas!

I like that catchphrase! ;) Sooo... I went to Vegas on the 16th with Mindy, & Cyndi (teachers at my studio) & Kayden (Cyndi's son) and we had the best time! Even with a baby! We went down for a STARS retreat so we did go to some classes and get some learning packed into the trip. Becky came down on Friday and ended up with the flu... ICK! Poor Becky. Anyway... Here are some of the pics from the trip! My philosophy is LIVE IT UP! You never know when your going back! ...at least I don't ;) So we went to The Tournament of the Kings, got our pics with the chip & dale dancers, bought matching jammies, danced our guts out & made very good friends with our GPS unit... "Lowanda".
