We went on a little trip to Denver last week. All the kids came. We hooked up with Sam & Amy and planned a trip to Coors Field to see the Mets play. (Amy cheered for the Rockies). Andy & Ryan also came the first night.
Day #1 Amy & I went to the Aquarium while Trent & Sam went to meetings. We took a taxi there but didn't think about how we would get back so... we walked! 4 miles across Denver with six kids! We didn't know the way but we used our spidey senses and found it! We also found the best little pizza place ever. Two Fisted Mario's Pizza. Seriously YUMMO! After our long trek, Amy took the little ones back to the room to nap, Al & Wes rented a movie, and I went shopping.
The game was fun! METS WON! This is our 2nd trip to see the Mets play in Denver and we chose the cheap "not so cheap" seats this round. We had some "kid haters" sitting close by. They complained about the kids and moved. So I took their peanuts back to them ;) (not so long, dumb story) lol. And what's up with girls... all sizes of girls... letting their underwear hang out! We started taking pictures of everyone that was around us. (don't worry I won't post) but GOOD HECK! TUCK IN YOUR SHIRT OR SOMETHING! ... or BIGGER undies perhaps... SHEESH.
Day #2 was Water World & the game. We spent the whole morning swimming & going down water slides. It was soooo much fun. Mar tried out quite a few by herself. And the boys can never say no to a water park.
The mets lost the 2nd game but it was still fun as ever! We're planning a trip to see them play in NY next. So there's the trip in a nut shell... enjoy the pics... if ya wanna.

Looks like fun. It is always fun to make family memories!
I was laughing as I read the part about the girls and the underwear - I heard a saying, "Just because it comes in your size, doesn't mean you should wear it!!!" ALOT of people should apply that to their lives. It looks like you guys had a fun time. I love water parks - I bet Water World was a blast!!!
Denver was way fun! Tickets to New York are really cheap right now! Yankee Stadium here we come!
